Tell us about the situation in an email and send it to [email protected] with the subject “Let’s figure it out.” We will find a solution and reply to you during business hours within 72 hours of receiving the email. We will be able to accept appeals for 1 month following the date the disputed situation arose.
Read the response and follow the proposed action plan to resolve the issue.
In the event that your question is not resolved in full or you are not satisfied with the result, you have the right to send an appeal to The Financial Commission describing the situation in this Form.

The Financial Commission accepts appeals for 45 days following the date of the controversial situation and only after the trader has tried to resolve the issue with the company directly.
